Job Description
An exciting opportunity is currently available for a Microsoft Team Lead in JHB South within the Learning and Development sector. This will be a full-time office-based role. This role will test your Leadership skills as well as challenge your analytical and technical skills.
The Key Responsibilities for this Role Include
- Ensure an enabling environment in terms of Microsoft Applications and Server Infrastructure as well as the successful deployment thereof
- Continuous planning, coordination, and management of operational activities to ensure availability of Microsoft Systems and Apps
- Manage Testing and Deployment of new Microsoft Systems
- Research and document Microsoft Technology roadmaps, Microsoft Infrastructure Architecture
- Manage Lifecycle of Microsoft Products
- Mentor and coach staff
- Matric / Grade 12
- Degre in Information Technology or related field
- MCTS Certification 2012 or higher
- 3+ years' experience in Infrastructure and Operations Lead
- 4+ years MS O365 experience as well as securing of O365
- 2+ years' experience in Microsoft System Center Suite (Service Manager, Orchestrator, Operations Manager, Configuration Manager)
- 4+ years Microsoft Identity Manager
- 3+ years Virtual Machine Manager
- 2-3 years Vendor Management
- Skilled in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Skilled in Windows Operating and Security
- Skilled Patch and Vulnerability Management
- Skilled in Project Management
- Able to script
