Requirements:

• Grade 12/ (NQF4)
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
• Latest M365 EMS deployments
• Architecting Microsoft Azure solutions
• Implementing Microsoft Azure solutions
• Good understanding of Web Services protocols such as REST, SOAP and API design for extensibility and portability
• IaaS/PaaS Hosted Applications
• Custom Kusto Development
• Agile and Waterfall type projects
• Microservices and Infrastructure-as-Code in Microsoft Azure (Powershell & Azure Bicep)
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Minimum of 5 Years cloud architecture experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of Identity, Messaging and Collaboration technologies
• High level knowledge of network architecture and perimeter security
• Management of SSL certificate renewals
• Strong documentation skills to document changes for various board approvals
• Manage Day to Day (BAU) operationl activities at various clients and to manage, lead and mentor the team in order for them to be effective and retain ticket managment within the respective SLAs
• Day to day ongoing support for new customers on boarded. Report to the SDMs with monthly tickets and volume of tickets
• Monthly billing of project and supported related work
• Liase with vendors
• Drafting tender response

Technical / Legal Certification

• MCSE or related qualifications
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Microsoft 365 Security Administration
• Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Azure Security Technologies
• Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (advantageous)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
• CISSP
• CCSP
• TOGAF 10
• ITIL v3/4/5 Foundation Certification will be beneficial
• Other technical certifications and qualifications will be beneficial
