Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced

Microsoft 365 IT Support Engineer

with a background in

Managed Service Provider (MSP)

environments. The successful candidate will support multiple clients across Microsoft ecosystems providing responsive, high-quality technical support and proactive system management.

Microsoft 365 administration

,

Intune device management

, and

Windows desktop support

.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver

Level 12 technical support

for Microsoft 365 and Windows users. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot

Microsoft 365 services

(Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune). Manage

Intune MDM/MAM policies

, device enrollments, compliance settings, and app deployments. Handle

Windows 10/11

system issues including patching, updates, and performance optimization. Administer

Active Directory / Azure AD

, including user provisioning, security groups, and access policies. Support

network connectivity

and core infrastructure (VPNs, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, printers). Monitor endpoints and tickets through MSP tools (ConnectWise, Datto, Atera, NinjaOne, or similar). Document environments, incidents, and resolutions accurately and consistently. Collaborate with senior engineers on escalations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

24 years

experience in an

MSP or IT outsourcing

environment. Solid hands-on experience with

Microsoft 365 administration

and

Intune device management

. Proficient in

Windows 10/11 troubleshooting

and maintenance. Familiarity with

Active Directory / Azure AD

and network fundamentals. Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Desirable Skills

Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MD-102, or AZ-104). Experience with RMM/PSA tools (Datto, NinjaOne, Atera, ConnectWise). Exposure to

endpoint protection

, EDR, or

backup solutions

. Experience supporting hybrid or cloud-based client environments.
