Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of engaging, consistent merchandising displays across all stores
- Provide visual merchandising training and guidance to in-store teams
- Ensure adherence to company-wide planograms, floor plans, and display standards
- Collaborate closely with store managers to drive sales through impactful merchandising
- Provide feedback and insights to the Space Planning Department to improve display strategies
- Support ongoing store relays and ensure efficient use of fixtures and fittings
- Efficient fixture usage & reduced procurement of surplus equipment
- Timely completion of store relays
- Compliance with planograms & visual standards
- Staff training and continuous support
- Process and system improvements aligned with digital transformation goals
- National Diploma (Visual Merchandising / Retail / Design advantageous)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in retail visual merchandising, preferably in a multi-site environment
- Process and system improvements aligned with digital transformation goals
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive visual impact
- Comfortable navigating complexity and influencing across multiple teams
- High achievement orientation and drive to create value
- Pragmatic, self-aware, and highly collaborative
