Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate product fitting sessions in cooperation with the QC department. Assisting with the development range selection from Guess EU. Compiling seasonal ranges selected to submit to Guess EU. Preparation of product packages and briefs/tech packs by style. Briefing seasonal styles/ product ranges to Suppliers and facilitating the briefing process. Assistance of price negotiation with Suppliers. Coordinating all production processes and activities with Suppliers on development ranges. Coordinating approvals with Guess EU on all development styles. Tracking and updating of all development styles progress to ensure timely delivery. Preparing seasonal presentations of the ranges for customer sellings.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Relevant Tertiary qualification in Fashion and Merchandising, or related field (preferred). 2-3 years' experience in a fashion or merchandise related role. Proficient in Excel and MS Office. Strong administrative, planning and organisational skills. Good communication and teamwork skills.
