Job Description

We are looking for a

skilled and motivated Merchandiser

with

3-5 years of experience in both merchandising and sales

, who has

worked in a factory environment

. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, results-driven, and capable of converting visual merchandising and product strategy into real sales.

This is a dual role that requires someone who understands production flow, can communicate with factory and sales teams, and is confident in selling finished products to customers or clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement impactful product presentation and displays in line with factory production and client expectations.

Actively engage in sales

-- from customer interactions to closing orders and upselling. Work closely with production and factory floor teams to understand product specifications, availability, and readiness. Monitor stock and production timelines to ensure accurate and timely product availability for merchandising and sales. Provide input to production based on market feedback and sales trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in customers, wholesale buyers, and factory staff. Collaborate with the sales team on pricing, promotions, and seasonal strategies. Assist in product launches, marketing initiatives, and showroom or client presentations.

Requirements

3 to 5 years' experience in merchandising and retail or wholesale sales

.

Factory or manufacturing environment experience is essential.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Understanding of production lead times, stock movement, and quality standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, factory-based setting. Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Excel and stock or sales systems.
