Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client business goals and deliver tailored OOH advertising solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction

Sales & Revenue Growth
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and upselling
Source new business opportunities to grow the client base
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that communicate value clearly

Market Insight & Strategy
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and shifts in the OOH landscape
Use market analysis to inform strategic sales approaches

Internal Collaboration
Coordinate closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams
Share insights and best practices to support team success
Competencies
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in media or advertising
Strong understanding of the OOH (Out-of-Home) media landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Education
National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing
, or a related field
Experience
Minimum 2 years of OOH media sales experience is essential
