Job Objectives oTo perform people management functions in the Meat Market oTo ensure client satisfaction of all Meat Market customers. oTo ensure product and stock availability through effective planning. oTo take responsibility for all quality control activities in the Meat Market oTo manage the administrative functions within the Meat Markets. oTo perform stock management functions within the Meat Market oTo manage all Hygiene and Safety activities of the Meat Market. oTo conduct various ad-hoc responsibilities to assist the team
Qualifications Essential: oGrade 12/ NQF 4 Desirable: oBlockman NQF 3
Experience Essential: o Previous Management Experience o Meat Industry Experience
Knowledge and Skills Essential: oKnowledge of Meat Market hygiene and safety standards oKnowledge of meat cuts/ products Desirable: oBasic knowledge of first aid
