Essential:


Grade 12/ NQF 4


Desirable:


Blockman NQF 3



Experience
Essential:


Previous Management Experience in a customer centric environment

Meat Industry Experience



Knowledge and Skills
Essential:


.Knowledge of Meat Market hygiene and safety standards .Knowledge of meat cuts/ products

Desirable:


.Basic knowledge of first aid
