What will you do?
The MBIS Support agent will assist the MBIS department on administrative daily functions. This role will require the MBIS Support Agent to communicate daily with MBIS agents and relevant stakeholders within the Business Insurance and Personal Lines departments.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the short-term insurance industry
Minimum of 2 years' experience of sales and/ or client services
TIA/ MIA System experience compulsory
Business Insurance and Personal Insurance experience compulsory.
IPA System
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
Ensure daily activity and TATs on feedback are met
Regular reporting on trends within the MBIS department
Maintain high level of accuracy and efficiency

Must be highly proficient in dealing with stakeholders and staff
