Overview
We are looking for a highly organised, patient, and people-focused Post-Sale Support Agent to manage the end-to-end communication and coordination required to move property sales from offer to completion. This role is less about property expertise and more about customer service excellence, consistent follow-ups, clear communication, and strong process management.
You will act as the central point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and several internal teams -- ensuring all parties stay informed, engaged, and on track with required milestones.
Property knowledge is beneficial but not essential -- full training on terminology and process will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Perform multiple daily follow-ups with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and internal teams.
Keep all parties updated on progress, outstanding tasks, and next steps.
Handle incoming queries with patience, clarity, and professionalism.
Process & Milestone Tracking
Monitor key milestones in the post-sale process and ensure nothing falls behind.
Proactively chase missing documents, updates, or actions.
Identify potential blockers early and escalate where necessary.
Administration & Record Keeping
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across internal systems.
Log all communications and actions clearly and consistently.
Ensure documentation is correctly collected and processed.
Internal Collaboration
Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Onboarding, and other internal teams to ensure smooth progression from sale to completion.
Keep stakeholders informed and aligned at every stage.
What We're Really Looking For
Exceptionally organised -- someone who plans, structures, and owns their day.
Patient and understanding -- able to support and calm stakeholders who may be stressed or confused.
Assertive -- comfortable chasing updates and holding people accountable without being confrontational.
Detail-oriented -- catches small errors and follows up thoroughly.
Strong multitasker -- can manage many conversations and deadlines simultaneously.
Calm under pressure -- the environment can be fast-paced, with urgent updates required.
Customer service driven -- focused on delivering a smooth and supportive experience for all parties.
Comfortable working UK hours and fully office-based in Foreshore, Cape Town (no hybrid/remote option).
Desirable (Not Essential)
Familiarity with property, sales progression, conveyancing, auctions, or legal admin.
Experience in high-volume customer service, call centre, coordination, or administrative roles.
