Duties:-

Execute MRP actions for materials required for production
Monitor that the collections are made on time and report any missed collection dates.
Expedite outstanding orders to ensure on time delivery
Support in management of vendor performance
Follow up on supplier queries
Update stock worksheets regularly
Issue updated monthly forecasts to all suppliers.
Prepare monthly reports
Optimise inventory levels
Liaise with receiving staff w.r.t. deliveries and documentation
Liaise daily with external service providers regarding imported freight
Maintain collection schedule for Freight forwarders based on all orders placed.
Follow up with chemistry lab for material release, where applicable
Action QMS tasks
From time to time carry out other tasks within the department / factory, which are consistent with the grade, qualification, and training of the incumbent.
