Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful marketing strategies that align with our business goals. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on both the creative and strategic aspects of marketing, with the ability to manage campaigns, create compelling content, and maintain a strong digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and brand visibility. Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns including social media, email, content creation, and paid advertising. Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure effective resource allocation. Maintain brand consistency and ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms, in collaboration with internal teams. Establish and nurture partnerships with agencies, influencers, and media contacts to amplify reach. Plan and execute events, product launches, and promotional activities. Create high-quality, visually engaging content through graphic design, video editing, and photography. Manage and regularly update the company website (WordPress).
Key Proficiencies
Graphic Design: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro Social Media Marketing: Content creation, scheduling, and engagement Photography: Skilled in both shooting and editing professional images Video Production: Experience in editing and producing engaging video content Web Development: Proficient in WordPress website management Office Tools: Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in a similar marketing role. Strong project management and communication skills. A creative mindset with attention to detail. Able to work independently and collaboratively.
