Teleperformance is seeking an experienced Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) Marketing Manager to support and drive the growth strategy for the business in South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, and Ghana.
This multifaceted role is ideal for a candidate experienced at managing diverse marketing initiatives, engaging effectively with global and regional stakeholders, and enhancing the profile and reputation of Teleperformance across the SSA region.
You will lead marketing activities across multiple industry sectors targeted at generating new business, supporting client relationships, and reinforcing the Teleperformance brand through marketing campaigns, managing client and prospect visits, event management and sales enablement.
Previous experience is essential for this role and it will also be useful for the successful candidate to have a background in written communications.
Minimum 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with regional experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Proven experience with Salesforce, Marketo, SharePoint, and other relevant digital marketing tools and highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Powerpoint.
Excellent analytical, project management, and organisational skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, comfortable working collaboratively across diverse teams and cultures
