An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and charismatic Marketing Manager to join a leading portfolio of high-end luxury lodges. This role focuses on driving brand consistency, visibility, and direct bookings through traditional and digital marketing channels.
You'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the brand's values and vision. Key responsibilities include managing content creation, overseeing social media platforms, coordinating with PR agencies, guiding website performance and UX, running mailers, hosting media and influencers, and supporting internal departments with on-brand collateral and communications.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across sales, PR, digital and design, ensuring the brand voice is consistent across all touchpoints - from online platforms to the guest experience on property. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and has a deep understanding of luxury positioning and target audiences.
