You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's presence locally and internationally, with a strong focus on revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

? Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy with consistent brand messaging
/p
p
? Drive global and local awareness through digital & traditional campaigns
/p
p
? Generate publicity opportunities and manage media relations
/p
p
? Oversee brand collateral, signage, and internal stationery
/p
p
? Manage content creation (blogs, social captions, website copy, newsletters)
/p
p
? Lead social media strategy, paid campaigns, and community engagement
/p
p
? Maintain and optimise website performance in collaboration with developers
/p
p
? Grow online audiences and increase direct bookings
/p
p
? Design and distribute impactful newsletters and promotional mailers
/p
p
? Monitor marketing trends to inform strategy
/p
p
? Promote brand messaging across all channels - trade, PR, direct, events, digital
/p
p
? Manage hosting of journalists and influencers, ensuring ROI and brand alignment
/p
p
??? Liaise with PR agencies and coordinate press releases
/p
p
? Ensure brand consistency with design and visual teams
/p
p
? Support crisis communication when required
/p

? Continuously review and refine the brand strategy in line with company values

? Requirements:

? Minimum 3 years' experience as a Marketing Manager in luxury hospitality or travel
/p
p
? Proven background in the luxury sector is essential
/p
p
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
/p
p
? Confident in engaging with guests, stakeholders, and shareholders
/p
p
? In-depth knowledge of luxury consumer behavior and strategy
/p
p
? Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

? Genuine passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience
