Job Description

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:



Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase dealership visibility, sales, and customer retention.



Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.



Plan and oversee traditional marketing initiatives such as print ads, radio, TV, direct mail, and event sponsorships.



Coordinate promotional campaigns for new truck models, special offers, and seasonal sales events.



Brand Management & Customer Engagement:



Maintain and strengthen the dealership's brand identity across all marketing materials.



Ensure consistent messaging in advertisements, website content, social media, and dealership communications.



Engage with customers through social media, email newsletters, and community events.



Digital & Online Presence:



Oversee the dealership website, ensuring it is optimized for lead generation and user experience.



Manage online listings and monitor online reviews.



Implement and track digital advertising campaigns.



Analytics & Reporting:



Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, website traffic, social media engagement).



Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.



Utilize CRM tools to monitor customer interactions and improve lead nurturing.



Vendor & Budget Management:



Work with advertising agencies, media partners, and graphic designers to produce high-quality marketing materials.



Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective strategies.



Event Coordination & Community Outreach:



Organize and promote dealership events.



Build relationships with local businesses, fleet operators, and industry partners for co-marketing opportunities.



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.



3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in automotive/truck dealerships or B2B sales.



Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO, email platforms).



Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



Creative thinker with strong analytical and project management abilities.



Familiarity with truck industry trends and customer needs.
