Marketing Manager and Operations Assistant Gathering, analysing, and interpreting marketing data. Preparing reports on consumer behaviour, competitors' activities, outcomes, quotes and sales. Monitoring customer databases and identifying new ones. Managing on going marketing for the company through multiple media types. Forecasting future market, consumer, and sales trends. Assisting in daily operations. Job responsibilities

  • Provides actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions.
  • Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports.
  • Managers customer data using spreadsheet (Excel), web analytics tools, project management (ZOHO), and campaign management software tools (ZOHO).
  • Constant updating of client database for each of the respective brands.
  • Evaluates customersxe2x80x99 online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further interaction between existing and new customers.
  • Advises other marketing functions (e-commerce/website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledge owner for customer and market data with the help of external design agency.
  • Communicate with external design agency on all campaigns to create all design work, email development and web updates.
  • Sending emails out through ZOHO xe2x80x93 using segmentation and automation in order to send communications to specific clients who have specific needs or follow up emails for retention client and new clients
  • Creates PowerPoint presentations to provide market and consumer insights to Director.
  • General office duties xe2x80x93 assisting Director in managing incoming quote request, Managing the quote process to streamline these requests being followed up on
  • Client service monitoring
  • Inter-department liaison
Skills: Creating and maintaining client relationships Self-motivated yet customer-focused Proficient in marketing research, trends and statistical analysis Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy Fluent in English Education and Experience Requirements Degree in a Marketing or 3-year Marketing Analytics Diploma or similar Minimum of 2 - 4 years of work experience in marketing, marketing research and data analysis Proven working experience in digital marketing Experience in advanced analytic and customer segmentation, and marketing effectiveness Experience building and automating management level reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in ZOHO Preferred Knowledge of segmentation and automation mailing Experience working with external creative agency/briefing. Experience with data management platforms Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools Experience in statistical analysis Experience working within a team. Willing to learn new systems. Assist with operational elements within the company. Must have own transport.
