Requirements

  • A BCOM/BA in Marketing, with majors in marketing, strategy, or consumer behaviour
  • 5-8 years marketing experience in financial services (mandatory)
  • At least 5 years in consumer/services brand marketing, with 3+ years at Brand Manager level
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel Go-To-Market strategy execution
  • Experience in digital marketing and performance measurement
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and engage stakeholders confidently
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual and campaign-specific marketing plans
  • Execute go-to-market strategies aligned with segment and sector-specific goals
  • Drive integrated marketing across digital, brand, PR, events, and internal communication
  • Manage agency partnerships to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Monitor marketing performance, ROI, and develop post-campaign evaluation reports
  • Compile and manage budgets, quotes, and supplier invoices
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
