This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of
trust, storytelling, and performance marketing
--and who can shift gears between business models without losing clarity.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage marketing campaigns across social, email, and partner platforms
Coordinate paid ads and organic content funnels to attract high-conversion audiences
Support the design and execution of landing pages and promotions (Elementor / WordPress)
Help define lead magnets and free trials for AI and ReCred services
Report results using simple dashboards and propose optimisations.
Grow audience lists and manage CRM tagging/automation logic
Engage with existing client base for upsells, referrals, and reviews
Increase Business across the three brands
You'll Thrive If You Have:
Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, ads, CRM, automations)
Design and content experience (Canva, Elementor, email builders)
Self-motivation and ability to manage multiple projects independently
Experience working with small businesses, fintech, or compliance-based brands
Bonus: Experience in South Africa's financial or tax ecosystem
Payment Structure
We offer a
basic retainer
with a choice of one of the following:
Low base + High commission
(ideal for performance-driven candidates)
Moderate base + Tiered commission
based on deliverables and results
Project-based
(for those wanting to work on specific campaigns only)
