. This role is central to elevating the Centre's visibility, strengthening brand presence, promoting high-value events, and expanding our professional community.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies aimed at increasing event attendance, enhancing customer engagement, and driving overall growth. This position requires an individual with strong entrepreneurial instincts, proven marketing expertise, and a proactive, results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote events, workshops, and business activities. Enhance customer engagement and increase attendance through targeted outreach and campaign management. Manage digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Create high-quality content and promotional materials that align with the Centre's premium brand identity. Identify and implement growth opportunities, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives. Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns to ensure maximum reach and impact. Support the planning, coordination, and promotion of events according to organisational goals.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

A recognised qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in marketing, brand promotion, or digital communications. An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and strategically. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and content creation software. Experience in event marketing or event coordination is advantageous. Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
