Job Description

VirtueStaff is looking for a technical Marketing Data & Tracking Specialist to oversee the end-to-end implementation of conversion tracking and data syndication for our client. The ideal candidate is a Google Tag Manager expert who can bridge the gap between digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads) and our internal CRM. Your primary goal is to ensure that marketing data is accurately captured, tracked, and synced across all systems to provide a clear picture of campaign performance
Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage complex tracking for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads to ensure 100% data accuracy
  • Configure and maintain CRM tracking and data flows to capture lead source and conversion metrics
  • Oversee the syndication of data between marketing platforms and the CRM to ensure a unified view of the customer journey
  • Regularly audit tracking pixels, tags, and CRM events to verify that all marketing metrics are reporting correctly
Requirements
  • Specialist-level proficiency in Google Tag Manager is mandatory
  • Proven experience in digital marketing ads tracking implementation
  • Extensive experience setting up tracking for Google Ads, Facebook (Meta) Ads, and Bing Ads
  • Direct experience tracking metrics within CRMs and an understanding of how to syndicate data across platforms
  • High attention to detail regarding data integrity and the ability to troubleshoot complex tracking discrepancies
