Marketing Communications Manager, Property Industry, East London
Job Description
Job Summary Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Degree in marketing / marketing communication or related 4+ years working experience in PR & marketing communication in the field of property or real estate Experience in writing and editing proposals and publications Strong written and verbal English skills The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Identify cross marketing opportunities Work within budgets and drive programs to maximize return on investments Build business / market visibility Coordinate on-going research of the industry to detect market trends Contribute ideas for new programs Develop a brand voice and fit Assist in the development of property marketing / PR materials and toolkits Collect, compile, and maintain media clip reports Manage / maintain email campaigns, website, and social channels Develop / maintain contacts Oversee the writing / editing and production of company publications Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience To apply email detailed CV and supporting documentation through to
