Job Summary Proven experience as a marketing lead in industrial business environment At least Five (5) years working experience in the field. Diploma/degree in Marketing NQF5+; Business or relevant field is a strong advantage. English is a requirement. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (SRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords etc.) WordPress, MS Dynamix, Canva etc. Numeracy and literacy are a requirement Excellent time management and priority setting skills. Organizational and administrative skills are essential. Good understanding of office management and marketing principles Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines Strong and proven understanding of generalist marketing, communications, PR, media and creative management and latest trends Proven ability to develop and implement marketing communications Ability to assist with marketing communications and brand growth strategies Analytical, thorough, detailed, organised, flexible and innovative in problem solving Team oriented & Pro-active Ability to multi-task with a service orientated approach Previous experience in construction industries is highly preferred. Exquisite communication and people skills Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the activities Employ marketing analytic techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, SOE, rankings etc.) Develop and implement channel strategies Transfer manual CRM into new digital MS Dynamix CRM environment Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information relating to business sales Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success Compose and post online content, articles on the companys website and social media account including website management and updating Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the companys presence in the market Communicate directly with staff and clients and encourage trusting relationships Stock control of all marketing materials Ad hoc Marketing tasks and projects are required Support of tender preparation and bidding collaterals/returnable Participate actively in social events
