The right person for this job is a self-starter and has comprehensive knowledge of marketing automation technology and techniques, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The successful applicant will manage and report on the Hippo database and will utilise data insights to improve marketing efficiency. The marketing automation rockstar will also ensure regular relationship management with our brilliant marketing agencies.

EDUCATION
- Relevant Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree or equivalent. (Marketing Management/CRM) (Essential);
- Relevant Post Graduate Qualification (Advantageous)
General Experience
- 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the CRM field (Essential)
- 3 or more yearsxe2x80x99 experience in managing external service providers (Essential)
- Exposure to various CRM systems and platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Essential)
- Online/Digital experience (Essential)
- 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a relevant management position
