Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will oversee the social media presence of multiple clients (small to medium-sized businesses), managing everything from strategy and planning to content execution and performance reporting.
You'll collaborate closely with our internal creative and studio teams to bring campaigns to life, while maintaining direct communication with clients to ensure their brand objectives are met and exceeded.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on management -- from content calendars and trend monitoring to campaign rollouts and reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of engaging, on-brand content.
Collaborate with the studio team to brief and produce compelling creative assets (static, video, motion, etc.).
Manage daily publishing across social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.).
Monitor trends, conversations, and competitors to keep content and campaigns relevant and impactful.
Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics -- providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Present reports and strategy updates to clients with clarity and confidence.
Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, paid media, design) to ensure alignment and integration across all touchpoints.
Contribute to larger digital campaign strategies, understanding how social media fits into the wider marketing ecosystem.
Manage client communication with professionalism and consistency, maintaining strong relationships.
Requirements
4-5 years of experience in a social media management or digital marketing role (agency experience preferred).
