We are looking for an experienced, energetic who has demonstrated history with Brand Management, Digital Marketing and Advertising, and Marketing Communications to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. You will work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world. Uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns. We will turn to you to learn what can attract our customers and prospects and how we can improve customer experience.
Additionally, this role shall be to drive revenue growth by strategically implementing complete online sales and eCommerce business development plans/strategies with current and prospective clients. Developing campaigns, effective SEO and attractive content that can convert them into leads or sales.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Manage the creative team and team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to xe2x80x9ctake actionxe2x80x9d
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing and product launch campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitorsxe2x80x99 activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Manage all company social media content strategies
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Devise innovative growth strategies
  • Align the company around the brandxe2x80x99s direction, choices, and tactics
  • Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyse research in order to identify opportunities
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
  • Establish and maintain brand budgets
  • Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
  • Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
  • Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns across all platforms
Requirements
  • Degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record working experience - 3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Understanding an implementation of integrated marketing and communications plans.
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • Assessing operational needs/requirements and best practices in marketing management to assist implementation processes.
  • Managing internal and external partners/stakeholders in relation to meeting client needs and expectations.
  • Digital marketing activities/strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of Web/Google Analytics.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies
  • Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
  • Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication - Outstanding communication skills
  • Analytical with strong technical capabilities and understanding.
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving capabilities
  • A strong understanding of the direct selling industry and social media content management/marketing
  • Digital Marketing and Ecommerce methodologies and framework practices
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
  • Experience in loyalty and rewards programmes would be a plus
