Landani Facilities Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Business Development Assistant
to support our sales and growth initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in sales administration, guided proposal compilation, and broader business development activities, supporting RFQs, tenders, and client engagement within the facilities management environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales administrative support, including maintaining sales records, follow-ups, and documentation
Guided compilation and submission of
RFQs, quotations, and tenders
Assisting with proposal preparation, pricing schedules, and supporting documentation
Attending
networking events, client meetings, and business development engagements
Coordinating internal inputs required for proposals (operations, compliance, pricing)
Supporting lead generation, pipeline tracking, and CRM/client database management
Performing various business development support tasks as required
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience
in sales, business development, or a similar role
Previous experience within the cleaning, construction, and/or maintenance services industry is essential
Strong
numerical ability
and comfort working with pricing and cost-related information
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well-spoken, professional, and confident when engaging with clients and stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
R7,500 - R10,500 per month (based on experience and performance)
Commission:
Performance-based commission structure (to be discussed during the interview stage)
