We're Hiring: Marketing Admin at CompuConnect

, a fast-growing Managed IT & Cybersecurity firm, is looking for a

Marketing Admin

to run our day-to-day marketing operations. You'll be the force behind our online presence, print campaigns, lead generation, and more. If you're detail-oriented, a self-starter, and excited about being a key player in a growing company -- we want to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing

Managing and posting across our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Coordinating the design, printing, and mailing of monthly postcards Writing, editing, and publishing blog content Making updates and improvements to our website (WordPress experience a plus) Building and refining prospect lists for outbound campaigns Prepping, scheduling, and tracking marketing campaigns Tracking KPIs and marketing performance metrics Updating and maintaining our CRM Supporting additional marketing tasks as needed (copywriting, outreach, research, etc.) Creating and posting shorts

What We're Looking For

Solid organizational and project management skills Excellent written communication and proofreading abilities Experience with basic marketing tools (Canva, WordPress, Google Sheets, etc.) AI tools A creative mindset and eye for branding The ability to work independently and own your role Bonus: B2B, IT, or cybersecurity marketing experience
