Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate chauffeur service bookings and schedules.
Communicate with clients and drivers regarding updates and special requests.
Liaise with drivers to confirm routes, timing, and readiness.
Perform vehicle inspection checklists and track vehicle presentation standards.
Maintain accurate trip, payment, and client records.
Handle client enquiries professionally and courteously.
Support the Transport Administrator with daily reporting and operational follow-ups.
Record and submit daily KPI reports
for all active drivers (punctuality, vehicle standards, client satisfaction, safety compliance, communication, presentation).
Ensure driver logs, check-ins/outs, and client feedback forms are completed and filed daily.Liaise with drivers to confirm routes, timing, and trip readiness.

Daily Routine
Morning:
Review scheduled rides and confirm details.
Send reminders to drivers for their trips.
Update and prepare the driver KPI sheet for the day.
Midday:
Track ongoing trips and handle last-minute schedule changes.
Update KPI data on punctuality, trip progress, and client communication.
End of Day:
Confirm bookings for the next day.
Reconcile daily records, KPI updates, and payments.
Send reports and updates to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Matric (Grade 12)
required.
Office Administration, Business, or Marketing qualification advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Computer literacy (MS Office / Google Workspace).
Professional, reliable, and eager to learn.
Training Provided
Practical exposure to transport coordination and booking systems.
Hands-on guidance in client communication, KPI monitoring, and scheduling.
Development of administrative and operations management skills.
Training on the Verve Voyage KPI framework for daily driver performance tracking.
Potential consideration for full-time placement after successful training.
Working Conditions (in line with BCEA)
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00. Flexibility may be required for operational needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to R5000,00 per month
