The Role

We are looking for a marketing professional who can confidently represent Drop Growth in client-facing conversations and lead a consultative sales process. You will receive booked calls with warm prospects, understand their challenges, and position our marketing solutions effectively.

Responsibilities include:

Handling booked calls with warm prospects Running a consultative, marketing-led sales process Preparing proposals and managing follow-up Bringing a marketing perspective into every conversation

What We're Looking For

Experience in marketing management or account management roles Understanding of B2B marketing (email, LinkedIn, outbound campaigns, content) Strong communication and consultative skills Ability to commit to full-time hours (remote)

Earnings Example

Base pay: ZAR 14,300/month Commission: ZAR 2,400 per sale Potential commission: ZAR 14,300 - ZAR 47,600/month Realistic monthly earnings:

ZAR 14,300 - ZAR 61,900
