Account Manager (Inside Sales)

What You'll Do
Sell solutions to new and existing customers in our Copper segment.
Meet or exceed monthly upsell, cross-sell, and new customer acquisition targets.
Drive revenue, gross profit, and market share within your territory.
Prospect, cold call, and run lead-generation campaigns to build a strong pipeline.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers.
Own and manage the full sales cycle with a consultative, value-based approach.
Accurately forecast revenue and keep our CRM (Solid/Zoho) updated.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of B2B outbound sales or phone marketing experience
.
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong relationship-building skills with prospects and existing clients.
Experience with CRM systems and social selling platforms (LinkedIn).
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Self-motivated, persistent, and able to think analytically.
Creative problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills.
Cold calling experience in lead-generation environments.
