Job Description

Our client, in the liquor industry is looking for a strong Marketing Account Executive to join their team. This is an office-based position in Modderfontein and you will be required to implement and manage the successful creation, development and roll out of client marketing communication in a TTL (through the line) capacity as well as manage all required administrative tasks.
Duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Account Management
xe2x97x8f Assist with the preparation and delivery of top-quality briefs and proposals
xe2x97x8f Build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients
xe2x97x8f Schedule, attend (and document minutes in) meetings
xe2x97x8f Ensure constant, consistent and effective flow of communication between Agency, Client and external stakeholders
xe2x97x8f Co-ordinate internal strategic, creative, media and production teams to deliver work that effectively answers client briefs
xe2x97x8f Manage status documents, job bags, campaign costs and invoices
xe2x97x8f Manage effective and accurate delivery of final elements to internal and external suppliers, and ensure meticulous activation
xe2x97x8f Deliver jobs on-time, on-budget and continuously exceeding client expectations
xe2x97x8f Assist with monitoring effectiveness of campaigns by ensuring client campaigns are properly planned and reported on
xe2x97x8f Keep abreast of industry and digital marketing trends
Social Media Management
xe2x97x8f Work on monthly content plans with the Business Unit Director
xe2x97x8f Brief creative team
xe2x97x8f Compile monthly reports
xe2x97x8f Community management of the accounts you are responsible for.
Public Relations
xe2x97x8f Assist in implementation of pr campaigns including liaising with influencers, coordinating with suppliers to compile and deliver pr drops
xe2x97x8f Compile report on PR campaigns
xe2x97x8f Liaise with media to obtain editorial coverage
Minimum requirements:
xe2x97x8f Relevant tertiary qualification
xe2x97x8f Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
xe2x97x8f At least 2 years experience working in an Advertising Agency as an Account Executive
xe2x97x8f Experience with TTL & Digital campaigns
xe2x97x8f A good command of the English language (both verbal and written)
xe2x97x8f Excellent administration and organizational skills
xe2x97x8f Strong time management skills
xe2x97x8f Strong multi-tasking skills
xe2x97x8f Social media savvy
