Well established real estate concern, specializing in the brokerage of premium residential property and commercial real estate are looking for an experienced Team Leader / Manager to join their team, based in Umhlanga. Previous experience within real estate is essential.Requirements:Knowledge of Property Practitioners ActKnowledge of Offer to Purchase, Placement and Lease AgreementsProperty valuationsTax, POPIA, FICA lawReal Estate LawNQF Level 5 and registered with PPRADuties and responsibilities include:Analysis of marketSupport and motivating staffCoaching and training of agentsLeading and moderating weekly property meetingsDriving acquisition of new properties / new buyersManage Property Practitioner forecasts and manage accordinglyNew staff on-boardingAgent target trackingRecruitment / staff retentionhttps://www.ditto.jobs/job-details?id=1293960339&source=own_site
