Job Description
Job Summary Well established real estate concern, specializing in the brokerage of premium residential property and commercial real estate are looking for an experienced Team Leader / Manager to join their team, based in Umhlanga. Previous experience within real estate is essential. Requirements: Knowledge of Property Practitioners Act Knowledge of Offer to Purchase, Placement and Lease Agreements Property valuations Tax, POPIA, FICA law Real Estate Law NQF Level 5 and registered with PPRA Duties and responsibilities include: Analysis of market Support and motivating staff Coaching and training of agents Leading and moderating weekly property meetings Driving acquisition of new properties / new buyers Manage Property Practitioner forecasts and manage accordingly New staff on-boarding Agent target tracking Recruitment / staff retention
