Manager / Team Leader (real Estate)

Job Description
Well established real estate concern, specializing in the brokerage of premium residential property and commercial real estate are looking for an experienced Team Leader / Manager to join their team, based in Umhlanga. Previous experience within real estate is essential.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Property Practitioners Act
- Knowledge of Offer to Purchase, Placement and Lease Agreements
- Property valuations
- Tax, POPIA, FICA law
- Real Estate Law
- NQF Level 5 and registered with PPRA
- Analysis of market
- Support and motivating staff
- Coaching and training of agents
- Leading and moderating weekly property meetings
- Driving acquisition of new properties / new buyers
- Manage Property Practitioner forecasts and manage accordingly
- New staff on-boarding
- Agent target tracking
- Recruitment / staff retention
