Job Description
To manage the key performance areas and result indicators associated with the
provision of professional and administrative support to the City Integrity and
Investigations Unit.
This post reports to HEAD (CITY INTEGRITY & INVESTIGATIONS)
Key Responsibility Areas
- Identifies and defines the immediate, short- and long-term objectives/ plans
integrity and Investigations unit.
- Manages and control outcomes associated with utilization, productivity and
- Manages the implementation of financial controls and procedures in relation to
estimation, monitoring, and distribution.
- Manages, oversees and guides the Units procurement processes.
- Manages and oversees the Units asset.
- Manages and control the procedural and operational processes associated with
the service delivery.
- Manages the implementation of procedures and systems associated with
- Producing and editing documents as requested by Executive management within
- Disseminates functional and operational information on the immediate, shortand long-term objectives.

- National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Public Administration or Public Management
- Valid motor vehicle driving license
- 6 years relevant experience of which 2 years must be at a supervisory level
- Computer Literacy.
- Bachelors Degree (NQF Level 7) in Public Administration or Public Management
- 7 Years relevant experience of which 3 years must be at a supervisory level.
