Job Description
Job Summary Minimum Requirements - Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline will be advantageous. - At least 7 years' experience in an enterprise and supplier development environment Technical Competencies: - Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and manage budgets, financial statements, and funding sources effectively. - Experience with impact reporting, including the ability to measure and communicate the social and economic benefits of community development projects. - Proven experience in Enterprise and Supplier Development, preferably in the mining industry or a related sector, with a strong background in securing and managing funding for community development projects. - Strong understanding of BBBEE legislation and other relevant regulations. - Knowledge of sustainability practices and frameworks will be highly beneficial. - Track record of successfully implementing Enterprise and Supplier Development programs that have positively impacted local communities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
