Job Description


The Fuel Company (TFC) has a vision of becoming the market leader in the independent fuel retail sector in South Africa. Job Specification

Reporting into the Regional Manager Operations, the incumbent would be responsible for managing a fuel and convenience store, which includes overseeing sales, staff, inventory and operational & administrative systems and controls.

Minimum Requirements

  • National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
  • 4 years related experience in retail sales with a proven track record in a managerial capacity
  • Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency
  • Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of retail operating systems

  • Develop consumer-facing content across a variety of segments to publicise the company's products & brands
