Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. The Manager of Finance will also play a key role in developing financial strategies to help drive the company's growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals

- Manage the financial planning and analysis process, including the development of annual budgets and long- range financial plans

Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators to senior management Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements Manage and develop a team of finance professionals

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong understanding of financial principles and practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis Experience with financial software and systems Strong leadership and team management skills
