To proactively source, establish and retain a portfolio of business clients by offering the full Employer Value Banking (EVB) proposition and attending to the financial needs of their employees. This role requires a strong focus on relationship management, solution design, and on-site engagement to ensure a seamless, value-added banking experience for both employers and employees.
You will collaborate across key internal stakeholders - including Vehicle and Asset Finance, Home Loans, Insurance, and more - to craft tailored financial solutions. Using a consultative and data-led approach, you'll identify opportunities for growth, drive sales initiatives, and deepen client penetration. The role demands strategic execution, stakeholder influence, and a strong understanding of the business value chain to support long-term, sustainable growth across your allocated client base.
Qualifications

  • FAIS aligned Degree in Business Commerce (NQF7 or higher)
Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in financial services, including at least 5 years in a client-facing role.
  • Exposure to Relationship Banking, Branch/Channel or Employer Value Banking (EVB) is advantageous.
  • Client Relationship & Sales Delivery - Proven ability to manage strategic client relationships, engage senior stakeholders, conduct needs analyses, and deliver tailored financial solutions across various product lines.
  • Client Engagement & Market Growth - Experienced in onsite support, collaborating across internal teams, and identifying growth opportunities to drive acquisition, cross-sell, and targeted sales strategies.
