Manager Cleaning And Housekeeping
Job Description
The position requires leadership for several key subordinates, to achieve the overall contract's KPI's as set out by the company and the client.
Working Hours: any (45) flexi hours per week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all subordinates in relations to the integrated services. Compliance to statutory regulations is key. The position will require daily operational input with regards to a satisfactory client service outcome. Included will be staff training, audits and effective management of Industrial Relations issues. The candidate needs to be strong with regards to contract cost management and accurate billing.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate cost control.
- Efficient contract quality management, and delivery.
- Managing of subordinate staff and casual staff members as and when required est 50 staff members
- Conducting site inspection and training of staff.
- Be able to manage stock and consumables.
- Mandatory weekly administrative and reporting duties
- Responsible for costing, procurement and invoicing assistance.
- Managing staff discipline, disputes and motivation.
- Effective communication within the entire contract.
- Maintain accurate records of working schedules, staff attendance, and inventory.
The preferred candidate should have experience in contract cleaning, hospitality and hygiene services. Knowledge of rostering and time sheet management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R18000,00 - R20000,00 per month
