Job Duties:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of a hospitality establishment in Zambia
- Coordinate with staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor and manage financial aspects of the business
- Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
- Work closely with the team to create a positive working culture
- Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in a management position within the hospitality industry
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Good understanding of hospitality operations
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practises
- Excellent customer service skills
- Additional certifications in hospitality management
- Experience working in an international setting
This role may require long hours, weekends, and public holidays. The position may also involve living on-site within the hospitality establishment.
