Job Summary Candidate Requirements:

Must be able to start in August
One partner should be a qualified Guide (minimum FGASA Level 1) and have previous guiding experience
Must have good knowledge of general maintenance
Must have solid experience in a 5-star bush/safari establishment
Must have a Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management or Lodge Management
Passionate about customer service and delivering the best Guest experience
Passionate about the bush, conservation, and wildlife
Driven, energetic, compassionate, and ambitious, with strong leadership and mentoring skills
Must have good attention to detail and high standards
Open-minded and able to think outside of the box
The ability to motivate and inspire yourself and others with excellent interpersonal skills and communication
Must be able to manage and motivate a small team

Live-in position, however, no meals.
2 bedroom house, fully equipped kitchen, lounge and private bathroom.
