Reserve in the Greater Kruger, South of Hoedspruit is looking for a MANAGEMENT COUPLE

Candidate requirements;

Front Office Manager

• Must have Level 3 First Aid
• Must have working knowledge in the management of lodges/camps
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) as well as Pastel and Knightsbridge - or willing to learn
• Experience managing a housekeeping team is advantageous
• Experience in catering is advantageous
• It is imperative that the right person be highly energetic and able to operate efficiently under pressure
• It is imperative that the right person have a diplomatic approach to problem-solving and management
• The right person will need to be a brilliant team player and natural leader

Infrastructure and Compliance Manager

• Must have previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality/lodging industry
• Must have sound working knowledge of building and vehicle maintenance
• Must have working knowledge in the electrical field
• Previous work experience in risk management is essential
• It is imperative that the right person for this position is highly organized, flexible, and proactive.
• It is imperative that the right person is able to make quick and sound decisions
• It is essential that the right person maintain productive working relationships throughout the entire team
• Will need to organise and orchestrate staff development programs
• Will need to monitor and maintain work safety standards and ensure all compliance certificates are up to date
• Will need to be open to assisting in firefighting practices

Ideally couples with no kids, but open to consideration.
Strictly no pets.
