MANAGEMENT COUPLE - ZAMBIA
(Ops/Maintenance Manager & Partner)
Non-Commercial/Private 5* Lodge situated on the banks of the Zambezi River are currently looking for a stable married Management Couple to take over the full management of this stunning Lodge.
Duties will include all Lodge Management responsibilities & maintenance segments of the lodge, guest attractions, activities eg. Game Viewing, Fishing, canoeing , Island Excursions,& outdoor dining.
EDUCATION
•Diploma - Hotel management or similar
•Valid skipper’s license with 5 years working experience (Advantageous)
SKILLS /EXPERIENCE
•Good maintenance and project management skills (Essential)
•Excellent guest relation skills
•Excellent management skills
•Decent Electrical / Plumbing Skills
•Strong in Food & Beverage
•Excellent housekeeping,
administrative, training skills( training local staff).
•Skippers license, keen fisherman - basic boat maintenance, fishing tackle knowledge.
• Manage special dietary requirements eg. Halal meals.
•Very innovative and Creative for in/out camp activities with families with small children
PACKAGE $4,000 net
Medical membership at local hospital
Accommodation, Food Allowance
Vehicle / Fuel
Leave : 30 days / Year + return air passage.
