Exclusive Safari Lodge is looking for a MANAGEMENT COUPLE
This exclusive-use retreat offers 3 to 5 en-suite bedrooms with super-king beds, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge, outdoor shower decks, and infinity pool--all tucked within a private wilderness setting. A dedicated team including a chef, butler, and safari guide ensures an ultra-luxury, flexible experience--whether it's game drives, bush walks, or al fresco dining at your leisure by the river or ocean. The property is off-grid, blending comfort and sustainability.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience within 5* properties
- Own Transport
- The ability to manage and lead a team
- Must be guest-focused
- Min Level 1 FGASA (Level 2 preferred)
- Full Trails (Advantageous)
- First Aid Level 1
- Strong maintenance skills (Vehicles included)
- Strong hosting skills
- Excellent administrative capabilities
- Strong Hosting skills
- Basic HR knowledge
- Must have a good overall understanding of all departments
- PAN knowledge (non-negotiable)
