? Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lodge to maintain the highest standards of service.

Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team across multiple departments.

Ensure exceptional guest experiences, from arrival to departure.
/p

Manage budgets, stock control, and costings to optimise efficiency.
/p
p
Oversee maintenance and housekeeping standards throughout the property.
/p

Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies.
/p
p
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and guest satisfaction.
/p

? Requirements:

Proven experience in lodge or hotel management, ideally in a luxury safari or remote setting.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost management.
/p

Ability to work in a remote location for extended periods.
