Candidate requirements:

Previous experience in a Big 5 Game Reserve is essential
Must have at least 5 years of experience in assistant lodge management
One of you to be a qualified field guide
Must be very strong in administration
Have experience in managing a team
Must have strong managerial capabilities
Both must have a valid RSA Drivers License & PDP
One of you must have a valid DEAT registration (Limpopo)
Both of you must be mature and responsible
Positive attitude and approach toward team work
Hands on approach towards guest experience
Ability to take initiative and problem solving
Excellent guest interaction skills
Sound administration, accounts and stock control knowledge
Have a strong eye for detail with regards to all lodge rooms, service & food
Must have strong leadership and communication skills verbal and written
Able to add value to the team by ensuring that company policy and procedure is carried out and by bringing a very solid service ethic to the Lodge
