Stunning Modern Bush Lodge is looking for a MANAGEMENT COUPLE
Intimate Boutique Bush Lodge sleeps a maximum of 14 guests at a time. Completely off the grid with a solar plant on-site (backup generator) and borehole water.
Candidate requirements;
- Previous lodge management experience (min. 5 years' experience)
- Guide must have min of FGASA Level 2/NQF4 (must be current)
- First Aid Level 1 (min requirement)
- PDP (must be current)
- Excellent admin skills
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to manage staff and the lodge daily
- Great customer relations and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of boreholes, solar system, and generator (would be beneficial)
- Qualifications for the lodge manager
- First Aid Level 1 (min requirement)
- Management couple to live on site in a newly built 2-bedroom house with open plan kitchen/lounge and covered patio.
- Bathrooms are en-suite.
- Small office.
- The second bedroom may need to be occupied by another staff member/relief guide, or manager.
- Covered carport.
- 6 week on 2 week off work rotation
- No kids, but may consider if the kids are in high school and attend boarding school
- No pets
